Iconic department store Harrods has partnered with handbag restoration business The Handbag Clinic to launch a new in-store concession expanding its in-store repair offer to a wider range of leather goods .

Based on the fifth floor, within Harrods’ ‘Shoe Heaven’, the Handbag Clinic will replace Harrods’ current shoe repair service, allowing the department store to offer a repair service for handbags, luggage, SLGs and leather clothing.

The partnership aims to support the goals of the department store’s Harrods Path – which it put in place with a view to supporting more conscious buying practices.

The pillars include goals around efficiency and reducing carbon emissions,  partnerships with positive businesses, encouraging colleagues to make sustainable choices and supporting them in the workplace as well as voluntary endeavours.
